Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational financing management concerning power and service aspects, particularly in guidance and counseling services at SMP Nurul Hikmah Tlanakan. The focus is on how planning, budget allocation, and evaluation are systematically carried out to ensure the sustainability of effective counseling programs. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results show that financing management is collaboratively conducted between school counselors, the principal, and the budgeting team. The allocated funds are used for various purposes, including additional counselor honorariums, operational needs of the counseling room, subscriptions to digital counseling platforms, and the provision of psychological testing tools. Challenges such as delayed fund disbursement and limited digital infrastructure are addressed through budget efficiency and optimization of available resources. In conclusion, proper financing management greatly influences the quality of counseling services and can serve as a model for other schools aiming to sustainably enhance their counseling programs.
