This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to develop a mosque-based spiritual mentoring model as a strategy for memory recovery and social reintegration for People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) in Tasikmalaya. The increasing number of ODGJ who experience social isolation indicates the need for a more humane, holistic, and faith-based intervention. Masjid/Aula Mentari Hati Tasikmalaya was selected as the activity center due to its strong volunteer tradition and close emotional ties with the local community. The mentoring program was conducted through four stages: (1) socialization and preliminary assessment, (2) provision of spiritual experiences including dhikr, prayer, Qur’an recitation, and religious counseling, (3) memory dialogue aimed at activating positive personal memories prior to the onset of mental disorders, and (4) strengthening social reintegration through communal activities. The results show that spiritual mentoring reduces anxiety symptoms, improves emotional stability, and helps recover long-suppressed personal memories. Moreover, families and community members demonstrated increased acceptance, enabling a more supportive reintegration process. This PKM project proves that mosques hold significant potential as community-based spiritual rehabilitation centers and can strengthen holistic support systems for ODGJ.
