Relevance Between Article 6 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Al-Qur’an

This research is motivated by the fact that the concept of human rights, as defined in Article 6 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), is relevant to the values contained in the Qur'an. This research aims to analyse the relationship between Article 6 of the UDHR, which guarantees the right to legal recognition, and the principles contained in the Qur'an. This research adopts a normative legal approach and a descriptive method of analysis. Data were collected using literature review techniques by reviewing legal documents, Qur'anic commentaries and related literature. In addition, the data was analysed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The findings of this study show that there is conceptual harmony between Article 6 of the UDHR and the teachings of the Qur'an in upholding the right to recognition as a legal subject. The findings of this study imply the need for synergy between international law and religious values in order to strengthen respect for universal human rights.

The Impact of Reading Qur'an Verses in the Manaqib Kubra by Sheikh Abdul Qodir Jailani in Karangrejo Metro Lampung

The activity of manaqib kubra in Karangrejo Metro Lampung has become a routine religious activity that has its own influence on its congregation. This shows that there is an atsar for the surrounding community through manaqib kubra activities in Karangrejo, Metro, Lampung. This study aims to explore the impact of the reading of Qur'anic verses on the activities of manaqib kubra by Sheikh Abdul Qodir Jailani in the book of Nurul Burhan. This study is qualitative with the living qur'an approach of Ahmad Rafiq's theory. The theory of living qur'an in this study uses functional reception. The data collection technique used semi-structured interview, observation and documentation methods. The data validity technique uses the Milles and Huberman model triangulation approach. The results of the study say that the recitation of Qur'an verses in Sheikh Abdul Qodir Jailani's manaqib kubra activity has a cultural impact and value. First, positive impacts such as providing peace of mind and mind so as to foster the spirit of carrying out worship as a form of piety to Allah and smoothing all affairs. Second, it has local cultural values in the implementation of dhikr and prayer using the local Javanese language, tolerance, strengthening friendship, strengthening spiritual values, the presence of food serving that shows acculturation between Islam and local culture and the use of tambourine when chanting prayers so as to increase love for Rosullulah.

Handling of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) from a Psychological and Islamic Perspective

This article is based on the pattern of handling children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) seen from the perspective of Psychology and Islam. In this article will discuss a little about ADHD in terms of definition that includes factors, causes to treatment reviewed from the perspective of Psychology. Children with ADHD themselves are problems faced by children. These characteristics include difficulty in calming down, behaving aggressively, hyperactive, impulsive, difficulty controlling emotions, seeking attention, and difficulty focusing. In this article will also be seen briefly from the perspective of Education and Islam. This article uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method, by carrying out a series of procedures that produce descriptive data that is in accordance with the theme of the discussion. In the data collection technique is applied with the technique of library analysis (library research) by describing all library sources in the form of documents, books, articles, journals related to Handling Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Perspective of Psychology and Islam.

Technology As A Modern Arabic Language Learning Medium

The role of technology is massive across various fields, including the learning of Arabic. This study aimed to explore the role of technology as a catalyst in transforming Arabic language learning patterns. The research fell under the category of library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of the study was on analyzing research journals that discuss the use of technology in Arabic language learning. The results showed that the role of technology in contemporary Arabic language learning (21st century) through various media such as artificial intelligence, applications, different digital platforms, and social media had a positive impact on the ease of access to communication, facilitating learning, delivering material, and providing evaluations in the context of digital learning. Technology played a crucial role in the success of learning and overcoming the barriers of distance, space, and time. Technology had given rise to many media such as animated videos, podcasts, cognitive game applications, and learning based on virtual reality and augmented reality, contributing to enriching students' understanding of Arabic language skills. The use of technology as a learning medium had become a daily necessity in the present day.

Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Principles in Improving the Performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks

This study seeks to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles as a means to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic banking operations. GCG encompasses a framework of regulations, practices, and procedures aimed at guiding and overseeing organizational management. Within Islamic banking, GCG adoption serves not only to ensure regulatory adherence but also underscores the significance of ethical standards and adherence to sharia principles. The study employed a qualitative analysis utilizing a literature review method to investigate prior research conducted at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Data collection encompassed various sources such as books, journals, internet resources, and pertinent documents. Findings indicated that integrating Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles like transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness has yielded favorable outcomes on the operational and financial efficacy of Islamic banks. The research concluded that Islamic banks adhering steadfastly to GCG principles experience heightened stakeholder trust, diminished operational risks, and enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in conducting banking operations. Moreover, top management's dedication to embedding GCG principles across all facets of bank operations emerges as pivotal in attaining peak performance. The findings underscore the importance of reinforcing the application of GCG principles within Bank Syariah Indonesia to foster enduring performance. It is imperative to ensure that all operational facets align with sharia principles for sustained success. This study contributes significantly to GCG literature within the Islamic banking domain, furnishing actionable insights for industry decision-makers.

The development of the times brings various changes to every human being from various sides. The alpha generation is a generation full of challenges. The alpha generation needs to receive guidance, especially from parents, to develop good character and be able to avoid bad things. The aim of this research is to find out how to educate alpha generation children so that Islamic character is formed through Islamic parenting. This research is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. The technique used in collecting data is documentation. Data sources are obtained from sharing sources such as books, journals, articles and other data. The data analysis used is content analysis and descriptive narrative. This research shows that educating alpha generation children for parents is a big challenge in this era. Islamic parenting itself views that the parenting process starts from choosing a partner. Parents must be able to educate their children, especially regarding the use of technological media. Parents are central figures in educating children. It is absolutely necessary for parents to understand their children's world, especially with regard to the digital world. Parents can use Islamic parenting to educate the alpha generation so that they have a stronghold and avoid things that are prohibited. Based on the results of this research, educating Islamic character through Islamic parenting must start early and must be adapted to the child's development stage

The problem of moral decline has plagued several young generations recently, including widespread incidents of profanity, crime, violence, hate speech and other deviant behavior. Moral or character education is seen as an alternative way out of these various problems. This study of Luqman's letter is an example for parents to return to their parents' nature when providing education, morals or character and attention to their children through the example of Luqman Al-Hakim's character. The background of this research is to look at the current moral damage of children, so this research aims to provide some solutions in the form of theories to shape children's character in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. This research is a type of library research, namely research whose research topic uses library data in the form of books as a source of information. This research was carried out through reading, studying and analyzing existing literature in the form of the Al-Quran, other books and research. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely systematic research where objects are researched or researched in a natural environment without manipulation and without testing hypotheses. The results of this research are that there is several moral education in Surah Al-Luqman verses 14 and 15, including filial piety to parents, the command to always be grateful and patient, and to be aware of the place of human return and not to associate partners with Allah SWT or shirk. Then the implications that need to be emphasized in shaping children's character are birrul walidain, being grateful, being aware that humans are servants and not committing shirk.

Understanding Children's Cognitive Development: Piaget's and Vygotsky's Views, and Relevance in the Qur'an's Perspective

Cognitive development is very important for everyone to understand, both teachers and parents. The theory of cognitive development emerged in the middle of the century, known as the theory of Piaget and Vygotsky. However, long before these two theories existed, Islam had already explained children's cognitive development in the Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this article is to understand the development of theory according to Jean Piaget and Vygotsky and its relevance from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an. The research method uses literature studies which involve searching for data from various reference sources such as research journals, literature reviews, and materials related to children's cognitive development. The results of this research show that the views of Piaget and Vygotsky and the views of the Koran are not much different, if combined they will provide a more comprehensive picture of children's cognitive development. Piaget showed that children develop through interactions with the physical world, while Vygotsky emphasized the importance of social interactions. The Koran supports both of these views by highlighting the importance of using the senses and heart to learn as well as the importance of guidance from those who are more knowledgeable.

The study of the characteristics of shalihah women is very important to study. Islam positions women as very noble, valuable and dignified creatures. Shalihah women have a big impact, especially in educating and forming the next generation. A mother has an important role in guiding and educating her children. So if the mother is good, it is likely that her children will also grow up to be good individuals. This makes an extraordinary contribution to the formation of a better and civilized society. The research uses qualitative research and Library Research as type of the research. Primary data sources were taken from Tafsir Al-Mishbah and secondary data from books, journals and related articles. Data analysis in this study used descriptive-deductive. The researcher will describe the verses that related to the characteristics of shalihah women in the Qur'an in general and then specifically based on the Quraish Shihab’s perspective in Tafsir Al-Mishbah. The aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of pious women in the Qur'an based on the Quraish Shihab’s perspective in Tafsir Al-Mishbah. The results of this research are the importance of moral perfection, piety, obedience and loyalty to the teachings of the Islamic religion. Specifically are covering one's private parts properly, including holding up the hijab, obeying Allah and her husband, maintaining chastity and honor, guarding one's genitals, patience, khusyu' and qunut, which includes all types of obligatory and sunnah obedience.

Improving the Activeness of Islamic Religious Education Learning Through the Problem Based Learning Model at SDN PalumbonSari III

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) directs students to learn naturally by participating in solving problems. The PBL approach uses real-life problem situations to build problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and understanding of key concepts from the subject matter. The Classroom Action Research (PTK) method was used in this research to solve problems that arise in the learning process and to increase student participation in learning at SDN Palumbonsari III. PTK consists of two cycles, with four stages each: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. To analyze the collected data, formulas corresponding to activity indicators are used. The research results show that the problem-based learning model improves student learning outcomes. The percentage value increased by 70% in cycle I and 100% in cycle II. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that this model can be used well in the learning process and can increase student participation in Islamic Religious Education lessons in class VI at SDN Palumbonsari III, East Karawang.

Mulla Sadra's Philosophical Concept

Mulla Sadra named Islamic philosophy as al-Hikmah al-Muta'aliyah. According to him, al-hikmah al-muta'aliyah is knowledge based on intellectual intuition (irfan or isyraqi dzawq), rational proof ('aql or istidlal), and sharia (burhani). Al-Hikmah al-Muta'aliyyah is a synthesis of three styles of thought, namely: theology with a dialectical, polemical pattern (jaddaly), philosophy with a demonstrative pattern (burhany), and theosophy with an illuminationist and gnostic pattern (dzawq). This research uses descriptive analysis methods to explore Mulla Sadra's philosophical thinking. The results of this research reveal that the building of thought that was successfully built by Mulla Sadra through his synthesis of thought had a major influence on the development of philosophy in Persia, India and Iraq. However, the interesting thing is that Sadra brought him into contact with the truth of the Koran and Hadith. The harmonization he carried out resulted in a synthesis, namely integrating it through the three paths of Al-Qur'an (revelation), Burhan (demonstration or intellect), Irfan (spiritual or mystical). Because the three of them are not contradictory in their aim of achieving truth. The depiction of Mulla Sadra's philosophy can be done well by referring to his Ontology, Theology, Physics and Eschatology.

This study aims to explore the implementation of values in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at M. Hilir Ismail Kindergarten, Bima City. P5 is an initiative of the Ministry of Education and Culture that aims to strengthen character building and Pancasila values in early childhood. The background of this research is based on the importance of strengthening children's character from an early age through education based on the values of the Pancasila learner profile which is the main achievement in the implementation of an independent curriculum, especially in facing the challenges of globalization and rapid social change. M. Hilir Ismail Kindergarten in Bima City as an early childhood education institution plays a vital role in the application of the P5 values through various activities that integrate Pancasila characters and attitudes in children's daily lives. The research method used is a qualitative approach with collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers observed learning activities and teacher and child interactions in carrying out P5 activities at M. Hilir Ismail Kindergarten with a focus on the implementation of Pancasila learner profile values taught to children. The results showed that activities such as praying together, playing sharing, and simulating professions succeeded in instilling Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation, honesty, tolerance, and justice. Children also showed improvement in character aspects.

The Relevance of Sufistic Values in Modern Life: A Study of Shaykh 'Abdul Qādir al-Jīlāni's Interpretation of the Verses of Qitāl in the Qur'ān

War is a physical or non-physical conflict that occurs between one or more groups to dominate a contested area. Because it encompasses groups, war usually occurs between tribes, nations and countries. War has occurred since ancient times and was a common occurrence, especially during the early days of Islam. The understanding of the word qitāl in the current context is often misunderstood. Thus, the purpose of this study is to straighten out this understanding and address the Sufistic values of the verses of qitāl in the Quran. The Sufistic values of the qitāl verses in the Quran are values that need to be known and studied and applied in everyday life. Sufistic values such as patience, ridhā, not exceeding limits, piety, and doing justice in all aspects of life. The problem examined in this study is what are the Sufistic values in the Quran by referring to the interpretation of Shaykh 'Abdul Qādir al-Jīlāni regarding the verses in which there are Sufistic values in the Quran. The results of this study are that the view of Shaykh 'Abdul Qādir al-Jīlāni in his tafsir, namely tafsir aljilani, there are Sufistic values on the verses of qitāl in the Quran. Shaykh 'Abdul Qādir al-Jīlāni's interpretation of the Sufistic values of the verses of qitāl has relevance in modern life today. Sufistic values in the form of patience, ridhā, not exceeding limits, piety, and doing justice can be applied as a guide in running life today. Sufistic values about the verses of qitāl have been explained through the words of Allah SWT in the Quran. The application can be done in the context of modern life today.

The Phenomenon of Political Movements on Social Media After the 2024 Presidential Election (A New Direction of Indonesian Democracy)

The 2024 Presidential Election brought new dynamics to Indonesia's democracy, with social media emerging as the primary platform for political movements. This study aims to address the research problem regarding how social media influences political participation patterns and the direction of democracy after the election. A qualitative approach with phenomenological research design was employed to explore the experiences of individuals and groups in forming and participating in social media-based political movements. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, online participatory observation, and analysis of social media posts. Manuel Castells' network society theory served as the basis for understanding the role of digital society in political interactions. The findings reveal that social media enhances inclusive political participation but also increases the risks of polarization and disinformation, which can impact the quality of democracy. The research findings indicate that social media has emerged as a new political arena, displacing the dominance of traditional actors. Influencers and buzzers act as emotional bridges between political policies and public perception, while civil society groups leverage digital platforms for advocacy and democratic oversight.

The Role of the North Sumatra Quran History Museum in Efforts to Preserve Illuminated Manuscripts of the Quran

The Quran manuscripts have a very important role in the development of the writing of the Quran from time to time. To maintain and preserve the Illuminated Quran Manuscripts in North Sumatra, various efforts have been made to collect the manuscripts by Mr. Dr. Phil Ichwan Azhari. One of them is by establishing the North Sumatra Quran History Museum. The role of the North Sumatra Quran Museum is very important in the conservation and preservation of illuminated Quran manuscripts. There are sixteen illuminated Quran manuscripts in this museum, including the East Coast illuminated manuscript, Malay-Aceh illuminated manuscript, Sunflower illuminated manuscript, Javanese illuminated manuscript, Tumpal Floral illuminated manuscript, the oldest manuscript with 1070 H/1074 H Colopon, two-syp illumination, Floral-Geometric illumination, three juz of the ancient Quran manuscript, four juz of the ancient Quran manuscript, two juz of the ancient Quran manuscript, and five juz of the ancient Quran manuscript. This study aims to examine the role and efforts of the North Sumatra Quran History Museum in preserving the illuminated Quran manuscript. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting direct observation, interviews and documentation of the research object. The findings of this study indicate several roles of the museum, namely as an institution that manages, collects, maintains, records and preserves ancient, illuminated manuscripts. The role and efforts of the Museum in preserving ancient, illuminated manuscripts by means of procuring or adding to collections, conservation, protection, development, utilization, research and holding public events through visits by school children and students.

Difficulties of Early Childhood Education Teachers in Implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) At M. Hilir Ismail Kindergarten, Bima City

This study aims to analyze the difficulties of teachers in implementing P5 in TK M. Hilir Ismail, Bima City. The P5 program is implemented in stages and requires a long time including planning, implementation and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this study is teachers at TK M. Hilir Ismail. Teachers have difficulty in designing activities that are in accordance with the established theme. And teachers have difficulty in directing children during the implementation process of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5). This is caused by the unbalanced teacher and student ratio in TK M. Hilir Ismail, Bima City, which is an obstacle for teachers and the activities carried out are not in accordance with children's interests in implementing the project effectively. Limited facilities and classrooms, lack of textbooks. Problems in the planning aspect, namely teachers at TK M. Hilir Ismail, Bima City have difficulty in determining the forms of activities that are in accordance with the existing theme. Evaluation of the problematic of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the difficulties of PAUD teachers in implementing the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5). Thus, teachers need to receive continuous training and provision to overcome this obstacle and can develop assessment instruments that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum.

The problem that occurs in worldly life to achieve a good job is the lack of work enthusiasm and undisciplined work, even though Islam has provided guidance on how to work well and professionally. This is important to study from the perspective of the Qur'an and hadith. This paper aims to explain good and beneficial work from two sources, namely the Qur'an and hadith. The method used is qualitative, which is library research using a descriptive-analytical review. The findings of this study are that work in the Qur'an and hadith is a very important activity carried out by humans with full awareness that is intended because of Allah. In addition, good and bad work must be motivated by environmental conditions that influence it, but bad work must be avoided by prioritizing good work that is motivated by good motivations in Islam, such as motivation for worship, earning a living, and presenting happiness in life, by paying attention to the urgency and ethics of working based on the Qur'an and hadith. The Qur'an and hadith tell humans to seek happiness in life by spreading out and establishing serious relationships independently without depending on the existence of others in order to carry out the mandate as a caliph. Therefore, trust is a responsibility that must be fulfilled by humans in carrying out work activities that are good for the welfare of individuals and society

Multiple Choice Questions Analysis in the Textbook of Al-Qur'an Hadith MI Class I Published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020

This study analyses the proportion of multiple-choice questions in the categories of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) in the Al-Qur'an Hadith MI Class I textbook published by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2020. Using qualitative methods through document study and Milles and Huberman analysis, this study found that 96% of the questions were classified as LOTS (L1/C1, L1/C2, L2/C3), while HOTS was only 4%. This finding shows that the book has not met the 21st century learning standards that emphasize the importance of HOTS. This result confirms that there is a need for curriculum revision and improvement of question quality to be more in line with modern learning standards.

The exchange (ruislag) of waqf land with other land was allowed in Islam and has been regulated in Indonesian legislation. Every implementation of waqf land exchange in Indonesia must first apply for permission to the Minister of Religious Affairs through the Ministry of Religious Affairs with the stages of checking and assessment from the regional to the central level. It must get a recommendation from the Indonesian Waqf Board. In its implementation, there was a waqf land exchange application that has received a recommendation from the Indonesian Waqf Board, but did not receive permission from the Minister of Religious Affairs, namely the case of an application for permission to exchange waqf land located in Bugis Sesetan Sidakarya village, South Denpasar sub-district, Denpasar city, Bali province. The rejection of the application has caused the waqf land to be unused in following with the waqf agreement and its condition has been neglected until now. Therefore, this research was conducted to evaluate whether the rejection of the application for permission to implement the land exchange provides maslahah to the waqf property. This type of research was literature research, this research used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique in this research was documentation, which looked for data on matters or variables related to the application for permission to exchange waqf land in Bugis village from a maslahah perspective from the sources of books, articles, journals and research reports, then analysed using the content analysis method. The results showed that the application for permission to exchange waqf land in Bugis village should be rejected. Although the replacement land has the potential to be developed productively, because the value of the replacement land was lower than the waqf land, the application for permission to exchange is more maslahah to be rejected.

The acculturation of customs and Islam in Minangkabau did not emerge spontaneously, but rather resulted from a long debate between the Islamic reformist group and the traditionalist adat group.This research aims to examine the long history of debates between the reformist Padri movement and the traditionalist adat group, as well as between the Mudo and Tuo movements in the 19th and 20th centuries, and how these debates are related to the reform of inheritance laws in Minangkabau.The research method used in this study is the library method, which involves collecting, reading, and reviewing books and journals related to the discussion of this research using a historical approach.The results of this study found the historical debate between the reformist Padri faction and the traditionalist adat faction.The Padri and adat factions can unite to stop conflicts among brothers and reaffirm the agreement regarding the relationship between Minangkabau customs and Islamic law.In terms of inheritance, then the livelihood can be divided based on Islamic inheritance law.The Mudo movement questioned the act of bid'ah, initiated reforms in religious thought, and modernized the education, social, and political systems.In inheritance law, the opinion of Sheikh Abdullah Karim Amrullah as a young figure who distinguished between Islamic inheritance and customary inheritance was accepted by various circles.The Padri movement and the Young Minangkabau movement initially failed to achieve social integration within the Minangkabau community and caused division, but the policies of Tuanku Imam Bonjol and Syekh Abdullah Karim Amrullah later succeeded in achieving social integration within the Minangkabau community through the adaptation of customs and the alignment of goals, maintained through agreements and consensus on customs.

Solving contemporary fiqh problems in Islamic law has many methods for studying them and finding laws to be applied by society. This research aims to determine the use of istihsan and its urgency in legal changes in contemporary society. This qualitative research uses a type of normative legal research, also called library legal research. The collection of legal materials used is a library study in the field of law, which from the perspective of binding strength can be divided into three groups, namely primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The study technique used is a combination of deductive and inductive. The deductive method is used to get a detailed picture from the general framework to specific explanations which are then drawn to a conclusion. The result of this research is that the application of law through istihsan is used for the benefit of the benefit. The basis for legal changes in istihsan is seen from several aspects: the existence of texts or special provisions, the existence of a special context, urf or customs, consideration of the benefit, or emergency.

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2024, the marriage rate in Indonesia is decreasing. Marriage in this decade is theoretically a generation, Gen Z is the ideal generation to get married. However, based on BPS data, Gen Z is actually postponing marriage. The reasons for Gen Z vary from factors of Globalization, Covid-19, to the shadow of divorce. The study used qualitative methods to explore the causes of marriage postponement by Gen Z. Maalaatul afal comes as a paradigm of legal instruments to assess marriage postponement. Postponement of marriage is permitted in maalaatul afal when it has reasons that are justified according to sharia.

In this digital era, Information and Communication Technology plays a crucial role in the world of education, which requires an educator to be able to combine and utilize information and communication technology in the learning process. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Google Form as an evaluation media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in class X SMA Nahdlatul Athfal Bangkalan. The research method used is quantitative-descriptive involving 10 students of class X B as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires containing 16 questions about students' experiences in using Google Form for evaluation. The results of the study showed that the use of Google Form in PAI evaluation helps students understand the material, makes the learning process more interesting, and increases learning motivation. Evaluation with Google Form is also considered more efficient and can reduce the level of cheating during exams. These findings suggest that Google Form is an effective and practical tool to use in learning evaluation in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic religious education curriculum organization in Indonesia. Data sources are obtained from articles, books, websites that contain the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum organization. Data analysis used in this research is content analysis method. After analyzing the data, the results obtained are: there are four developments in the organization of Islamic education curriculum, namely separate subject curriculum, correlated curriculum, unified curriculum, and integrative thematic curriculum. However, the relevant organization for PAI in the present is the integrated thematic curriculum. Because the curriculum trains students in problem solving, hands-on learning opportunities, and provides space for students to develop their talents.

In Indonesia, the development of sharia banking has experienced significant progress.. So in such conditions, Sharia commercial banks must be in a healthy condition and full of loyalty in accordance with their name, namely Sharia-based. This research is limited to analyzing the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank Muamalat Indonesia specifically, for the 2021-2022 period. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach that uses secondary data, annual financial reports for the 2021-2022 period at Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank Muamalat Indonesia through statistical data analysis in the form of numbers (quantitative). Meanwhile, financial performance measurement uses the RGEC method based on Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 10/SEOJK.03/2014. Sharia performance measurement uses the Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) method.

The results of this research based on quarterly financial performance measurements for the 2021-2022 period show that the ratio performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia consists of NPF 2.87%, FDR 76.62%, ROA 1.84%, NOM 2.02% and CAR 22.30%, while Bank Muamalat Indonesia showed an NPF ratio of 2.97%, FDR 49.45%, ROA 0.06%, NOM 0.13%, and CAR 18.97%, so it can be concluded that the performance of both banks is in the good category, However, Bank Syariah Indonesia has better performance than Bak Muamalat and there is no significant difference between Bank Syariah Indonesia and Bank Muamalat Indonesia in the NPF ratio.

In the school environment, verbal bullying can have a negative impact on students, whether they are perpetrators or victims. This hadith provides direction to teachers, students and all elements in the school environment to build quality interactions to support the learning process. The word khair in the hadith of Bukhari's History No. 5559 contains good meanings that are in accordance with religious teachings and in line with societal norms. So the words delivered by teachers and students must be in line with the meaning of khair. If the words you say are not useful, silence will be the best solution to protect yourself from danger.

This study aims to examine the response to collaboration between PAI and BK teachers at SMPN 9 Bima City related to the issue of student delinquency. The focus of the research is on how the collaboration between the two groups of teachers in dealing with student delinquency. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that PAI teachers focused more on the religious and moral aspects of students, while counseling teachers paid more attention to the psychological aspects and provided diagnosis and treatment of student delinquency. The cooperation between the two groups of teachers is coordinative, competitive, productive, evaluative, and transparent. The program receives strong support from the principal and other teachers who are concerned about changes in student behavior. The main obstacles come from the lack of cooperation from some homerooms and students’ resistance and closedness to the guidance and solutions offered.

Literacy skills are an important foundation in character building and mastery of knowledge in the 21st century. According to a survey conducted by the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) in 2022, it was revealed that the literacy rate in Indonesia is still relatively low and is a major challenge, especially in the education sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and determine the factors that cause low levels of student literacy and to develop strategies to foster reading literacy habits among students at MTs Al Hidayah. The research methods used include observation, interviews and literature reviews. The results of this study explain that internal factors such as lack of motivation and low interest in reading, as well as external factors such as technological advances and developments that divert students' attention and limited literacy facilities are the main obstacles to low student interest in reading. The solution is to overcome low student literacy by implementing the School Literacy Movement (GLS), optimizing library facilities, and the importance of the active role of teachers in cultivating reading, as well as synergy between families, schools, and communities in order to encourage the growth and development of literacy in the school environment and build a generation with more character. To follow up on the results of this study, recommendations are needed from various institutions.

The approach used in this research is qualitative by conducting field studies in the form of observations around the Sleman area, Yogyakarta to observe Muslim women who use the veil with various models and types. In addition, this article also uses previous research as a foundation in research and to collect the data needed. After obtaining the data sought, data analysis is then carried out which is divided into three, namely data reduction, data presentation, and finally data verification on conclusion drawing. The result obtained is that modernization has a positive and negative impact on the veil users. The advantage is the progress in thinking of women who wear the veil so that they are not confined to the authority of men, while the disadvantage is the erosion of religious values from the use of veil which should have the main function to cover the intimate part (aurat) and curves of the female body and maintain women’s honor into a trend due to the influence of modernization. nevertheless, this article does not blame any hijab models used in daily life. Of course it goes back to the rights of each individual.

Language reflects the realities of human life activities. As social beings, humans require communication, which functions effectively when facilitated by language. Ethnography of Communication seeks to address this gap by incorporating aspects of speech or communication, thus making linguistic components more comprehensive. The research method used was a literature study, with library materials serving as the primary data source. The findings indicate that language was structured according to patterns, not randomly, but within subsystems such as phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics. These patterns correspond to the needs and functions of each societal group. Ethnography of Communication examines the communication patterns of a community or cultural society, highlighting the role of language in the communicative behaviour of a society and how language was used within different cultures.

This research discusses marketing strategy management in the context of Islamic education, with a focus on efforts to increase the attraction, retention and quality of educational services in Islamic educational institutions. Marketing strategic management is a systematic approach that involves planning, implementing, and evaluating various marketing activities to achieve organizational goals. In Islamic education, implementing effective marketing strategies not only helps increase the number of registrants and maintain student loyalty, but also strengthens the image of educational institutions in the eyes of the public. Islamic education marketing management is the process of planning, organizing, directing and supervising the utilization of resources which is carried out efficiently and effectively to offer Islamic education services.
This study identifies several key components in an Islamic education marketing strategy, including market analysis, determining unique value (unique selling proposition), developing relevant educational programs, using digital media, and transparent communication with various stakeholders. In addition, this research highlights the importance of business ethics in marketing, in accordance with the principles of honesty and justice in Islam.
The research results show that implementing an integrated and sustainable marketing strategy can increase the visibility and reputation of Islamic educational institutions. The use of social media and digital technology as marketing tools has proven effective in reaching a wider audience and facilitating better interactions with prospective students and parents. Apart from that, maintaining good relationships with the community and alumni plays an important role in supporting marketing success.
The conclusions of this research underline that marketing strategies that are well designed, ethical, and in accordance with Islamic values not only contribute to the growth of Islamic educational institutions, but also strengthen the integrity and trust of society in these institutions.

Analysis of the Implementation of Zakat as a Fiscal Instrument in Supporting Islamic Economic Development in Indonesia

This study analyzes the implementation of zakat as a fiscal instrument in supporting Islamic economic development in Indonesia. Zakat, as one of the pillars of Islam, has great potential to contribute to economic development and social welfare. In the context of Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population in the world, effective implementation of zakat can have a significant impact. This study uses a qualitative method with literature study, reviewing various sources including journals, books, research reports, and other relevant literature. The analysis was conducted using an interactive approach to understand the concept of zakat, its potential application as a fiscal instrument, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced. The results of the study indicate that zakat has an important role as a fiscal instrument that can support Islamic economic development in Indonesia. Zakat can function as a source of additional income for the state, help reduce economic and social disparities, and encourage community economic empowerment. However, there are challenges related to regulations, institutions, and lack of public awareness that need to be addressed. Nevertheless, this study identifies great opportunities in the implementation of zakat as a fiscal instrument, along with the enormous potential of zakat in Indonesia and increasing public awareness. By making efforts to overcome existing challenges, zakat can be optimized as an effective fiscal instrument in supporting inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic development in Indonesia.

Implementation of Integrated Curriculum in Improving Islamic Religious Education Learning Outcomes at Peacesantren Welas Asih Junior High School In Garut

The integrated curriculum is an interdisciplinary approach, combining various disciplines into one learning experience to create a holistic education. This curriculum has been applied since the establishment of the Islamic Boarding School to improve the quality of education to remain relevant to the needs of the community. This study uses qualitative research methods which include data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study aims to determine the integrated curriculum system of Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School, how the application of curriculum integration in improving PAI learning outcomes at Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving learning outcomes at Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study show that Welas Asih Islamic Boarding School integrates the curriculum by making a separate module book that contains various disciplines. The implementation of an integrated curriculum has a positive impact on improving the knowledge and skills of students. Supporting factors for the implementation of this curriculum include the competence of teachers who have met academic qualifications, training every three months to improve the competence of teachers and the involvement of parents through the ABWA community (father mother Welas Asih) which supports the learning process. However, obstacles such as the difficulty of some students in socializing and inadequate facilities such as a mosque that can accommodate all students.

Analysis of Farmer and Forestry Cooperation in Forest Agriculture Management: An Islamic Economic Perspective

This study examines the cooperation mechanism between farmers and Perhutani in forest agricultural management in Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency, from the perspective of Islamic economics. The licensing process is conducted through the Forest Village Community Institution (Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan or LMDH) under a Cooperation Agreement Scheme (Perjanjian Kerja Sama or PKS). Community members interested in managing forest land submit their applications through village officials, after which Perhutani grants approval and provides training programs on forest agricultural management. The profit-sharing scheme stipulates that 10% of the harvest yield is allocated to Perhutani. This research employs a qualitative method with a field research approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that, from an Islamic economic perspective, this cooperation aligns with the mukhābarah contract, where Perhutani acts as the land provider, and LMDH is responsible for seeds, production costs, and land management until harvest. The profit-sharing model is considered consistent with the principles of justice in Islam, as the rights and obligations of each party are clearly defined. This study underscores the importance of contractual clarity in ensuring fair and sustainable cooperation.

The writing of this article aims to reveal and analyze the importance of implementing non-test evaluation techniques in learning Islamic religious education in order to provide a more real and objective evaluation. The research method used in this writing uses a literature review by attempting to examine and analyze various references in the form of journal articles and the like theoretically. Data collection techniques are processed and analyzed in order to become a clear concept and scientific development. This study concludes (1) The concept of non-test type evaluation is a series of techniques in learning evaluation to measure the psychomotor and affective aspects of students; (2) Non-test evaluation techniques in Islamic religious education learning consist of four, namely observation, interviews, projects and portfolios which are the result of selection from other non-test techniques as a simplification effort to have a positive impact on the quality of learning evaluation; and (3) Techniques in evaluating Islamic religious education learning still have problems to be applied, but in the current era of artificial intelligence or AI-based technology development there is no reason for teachers not to answer these challenges. AI can be used as a tool in alleviating problems in evaluation.

Addressing and Improving Legal Development in the Economy Through a Case Study of the Increase in Hajj Pilgrimage Costs in Indonesia

The Hajj pilgrimage is an important religious journey and must be carried out by all Muslims in the world and Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world. This research aims to analyze the development of the number of Hajj pilgrims in Indonesia in recent years and analyze the significant increase in Hajj costs after the Hajj pilgrimage was closed during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this research, the author uses statistical data to determine the development of Hajj pilgrims, the factors increasing the cost of the Hajj pilgrimage and the social and economic impact. The results of this research show that despite the increase in the cost of the Hajj pilgrimage, pilgrims still continue to increase compared to the previous year. One of the factors for the increase in Hajj pilgrims is due to the closure of access to the Hajj pilgrimage in 2020 to 2021, this is due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the pandemic has affected all countries' economies, one of the countries affected is Indonesia, because this significant change in the Indonesian economy has resulted in an increase in the cost of the Hajj. With the proposed increase in the cost of the Hajj pilgrimage every year, it is a form of understanding regarding legal and economic development in Indonesia. It can be said that if the law is unable to play an effective role, it will certainly have a negative impact on economic development.

Marriage is an inner relationship between a man and a woman whose aim is to form an eternal family based on the Almighty Godhead. Joint assets are assets that are acquired throughout the marriage from the time the marriage takes place until the marriage ends or the dissolution of the marriage due to divorce, death or a court decision. Mediation is an effort to resolve conflict by involving a neutral third party, who does not have the authority to make decisions that helps the disputing parties reach a resolution (solution) that is acceptable to both parties. This research aims to analyze joint assets from the perspective of statutory regulations, customary law and Islamic law, as well as dispute resolution through mediation. In this research, the author uses case study data from the Pasir Pengaraian religious court to find out the problems of joint property disputes which were resolved through mediation. The results of this research show that even though there are problems that arise because one party feels that the distribution is unfair, they can find a middle point through mediation. Therefore, mediation has become an important mechanism in law and mediation provides an effective solution to resolve disputes between the parties involved without having to go through formal justice channels. By holding mediation, the disputing parties hand over the resolution of their dispute to one or more independent arbitrators who are considered experts in the matter

Internationalization of the Indonesian Language: An Ontological, Epistemological, and Axiological Study

History records that the Indonesian language has developed rapidly and has been used throughout the archipelago. In this era, the Indonesian nation must continue defending its existence. One way is by promoting the Indonesian language on the world stage. This research aims to delve into the ontology of the scope of the internationalization of the Indonesian language, formulate strategies for the internationalization of the Indonesian language epistemologically, and axiologically find the goals of the internationalization of the Indonesian language. A qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. The results describe that the Indonesian language is increasingly known worldwide through education, culture, bilateral and multilateral communication, and teaching that is very appealing to foreign speakers. Indonesian is now superior to Malay. The Indonesian language must maintain its existence to play a strong role in facing global dynamics and gradually become an internationally recognized. Therefore, Indonesian society needs to understand the urgency and existence of the internationalization of the Indonesian language by utilizing available technology and promoting BIPA programs.

Creativity is an important aspect in child development. This article discusses the importance of coloring extracurricular activities in developing the creativity of grade V students at SDN 1 Nagri Tengah. This article uses qualitative research methods with observation techniques on class V students of SDN 1 Nagri Tengah. The research was conducted involving 30 5th grade students who were active in coloring extracurricular activities in several meetings. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and portfolio analysis. The research results showed a significant increase in students' creativity, especially in terms of color selection, depiction techniques, and self-expression. This activity also helps students improve concentration and perseverance. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of coloring extracurricular activities in basic education to facilitate the development of children's creativity.

Perception of Graduates of Education Study Programs towards the Teaching Profession and Teacher Professional Education

The choice of study program is crucial in determining future career choices. Perceptions about a profession can influence a person's interest in choosing that profession. This study aims to describe the perceptions of graduates of the Education study program towards the teaching profession and Teacher Professional Education (PPG). This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study were 75 respondents who were graduates of the Education Field Study Program in the last five years (2019 to 2023). The data studied in this study were obtained using a semi-open questionnaire method and interviews. The results of this study are 1) there is a decrease in the perception of graduates of the Education field study program before and after experience in the world of education; 2) there are three main factors in choosing teaching as a profession, namely internal, external, and altruistic; 3) PPG is positively perceived, especially for improving self-professionalism and obtaining teacher certification to get incentives and a more decent career path.

The low literacy rate of Indonesians was the background for the government to launch the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program in 2016 with the hope of improving students' literacy culture in schools. This study aims to determine the impact of one of the School Literacy Movement programs at SMPN 39 Bandung, namely the Three-Sentence Story Writing Training (Tatika) on the reading and writing interests of SMPN 39 Bandung students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were interviews with the principal and teachers as the implementing committee for the Tatika program, distributing questionnaires, and field observations. Based on the results of the study, with the holding of the "Three-Sentence Story Writing" training at SMPN 39 Bandung, there was an increase in the reading and writing interests of SMPN 39 Bandung students as seen from the increasing number of library visitors and the enthusiasm of SMPN 39 Bandung students in participating in writing competitions. Although there was an increase in the literacy of SMPN 39 Bandung students, students' reading and writing interests must be increased again as seen from the results of the student reading interest instrument.

The instillation of Islamic educational values is an important thing that must be applied to students, but its application to students of SDN Ponjanan Timur 2 is still relatively low due to the lack of supervision from parents who are immigrant workers so that strategies and materials for Islamic educational values are needed to overcome this. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and material for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families. This study uses a qualitative method of the case study approach, data sources are obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, where the informants of this study are teachers, students and families of students. The results of the study show: first, the strategy for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families is carried out using the strategy of using lecture methods, discussions, demonstrations, habits, role models, advice, and punishment. Second, some materials for instilling Islamic educational values in students from migrant families applied by the school are materials on faith, worship and morals.

Family Dispute Settlement In Islam: A Study of the Novel “Ipar Adalah Maut”

This article aims to provide an overview to all interested parties in solving problems in the family and analyze the resolution of family disputes from an Islamic perspective through the study of the novel "Ipar Adalah Maut". This research method uses a literature study (Library Research) with a Folklor approach and content analysis to identify the themes, and describe the phenomenon of disputes in the novel. The results of the study show: 1). The family conflict in this novel starts from the forbidden love committed by Aris and Rani even though Aris is still tied in marriage with Rani's older sister named Nisa. The conflict continued with adultery between aris and rani where the adultery was known by Nisa 2). Family conflict occurs because the character in this novel violates the boundaries of association with his brother-in-law who is not a muhrim. The resolution of conflicts that occur can be resolved in two ways, namely: religiously, the wife has the right to complain to the judge and the judge isallowed to separate due to harm. Meanwhile, the State Law of the wife can file a divorce lawsuit against the husband and sue criminally on charges of adultery.

إن السفر جزء لا مفر منه في الحياة الإنسانية، سواء كان للعبادة والعمل والجاجات البشرية أو غير ذلك من الأغراض. وفي الإسلام أحكام مختلفة تُحكّم السفر، منها حكم سفر المرأة بدون محرمها. تُعَدُّ مسألة سفر المرأة بغير محرم من القضايا الفقهية التي دار حولها الجدل بين العلماء قديمًا وحديثًا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل فتوى مجلس الترجيح للجمعية المحمدية في سفر المرأءة بغير محرمها من منظور الإجتهاد التعليلي أو نظرية تعليل الأحكام الشرعية. وقد استنتج الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة بأن مجلس الترجيح والتجديد التابع للجمعية المحمدية أفتى بجواز سفر المرأة بغير محرمها إذا كان يحقق الحاجات التي في تفويتها تفويتٌ لمصلحة المرأة والمجتمع، بشرط الاحتياط التام لمسألة أمن الفتنة، مراعاةً لواقع الفقه الاجتماعي، وعملا بنظرية تعليل الأحكام الشرعية، وأخذا بفقه الواقع المتمثل في تغير الفتوى بتغير الزمان والأحوال.

This research aims to analyze teachers' strategies for improving students' learning discipline in PAI subjects for Class XI Ips 4 at SMAN 1 Lemahabang. The thing that becomes an obstacle in the learning process in class and outside the classroom is the problem of discipline. Because discipline can hinder the learning process and can reduce the effectiveness of PAI learning. Therefore, it is important to determine learning strategies in overcoming these problems by using varied learning methods that can improve students' learning discipline to be more effective and conducive. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of related documents. The results of this research show that teacher Pai's strategy in improving the learning discipline of class XI Ips 4 students at SMAN 1 Lemahabang using varied methods can motivate students' learning in PAI learning. So that it can make students more active and involved in the learning process. Therefore, the use of this varied method is an effective learning method in solving problems in the classroom that are less conducive and also students who are less disciplined in the learning process in the classroom.

Moral decline is an increasingly deep and complex issue in today's society. This article investigates the various factors that contribute to the decline in moral values. One of the main factors is the increasingly rampant influence of technology and mass media, which often promote a destructive consumer and hedonistic culture. In the context of Islamic education, the role of a guidance and counseling teacher has a very important dimension in shaping students' morals. Morals as an integral part of Islamic teachings are the moral and ethical foundations that must be formed and strengthened in education. This is in accordance with Article 3 of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, therefore good character for the nation's successors is very necessary. There has been much discussion about how character emerges or appears in a person. This study uses a qualitative approach that uses literature studies (library search). This article will discuss how to improve morals from the perspective of the Book of Nashoihul 'Ibad by Imam An-Nawawi, what is real morals and what is the role of guidance and counseling teachers in this regard.

The research focuses on three main dimensions: the basic meaning, relational meaning, and historical meaning of the term al-‘ilmu. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis with syntagmatic and paradigmatic approaches. The research data were obtained from Qur'anic verses containing the term al-‘ilmu as well as classical references such as Mufradat Alfadz al-Qur'an by Raghib al-Asfahani and Lisan al-Arab by Ibn Manzur. The results show that al-‘ilmu has a basic meaning of knowledge and awareness. Relationally, al-‘ilmu is often associated with concepts such as hikmah (wisdom), huda (guidance), and taqwa (piety). Historically, the meaning of al-‘ilmu evolved from general knowledge in pre-Qur'anic societies to a concept encompassing theological, epistemological, and ethical perspectives in Islam. These findings contribute significantly to the study of Qur'anic semantics and the understanding of Islamic epistemology.

Conflict Management Approaches in Education : A Systematic Literature Study with the PRISMA Method

Conflict in educational settings is a natural phenomenon that requires effective management to create a conducive learning climate. This research analyzes conflict management approaches in education through a systematic literature review using the PRISMA method. Data were retrieved from Google Scholar using Publish or Perish (PoP), resulting in 200 articles. After selection, the last 15 articles of the last 5 years were selected as the sample through identification, screening, and eligibility processes. Results showed conflicts arose due to differences in values, ineffective communication, unfair distribution of resources, and academic pressure. A collaborative approach involving all stakeholders (teachers, students, parents, school management) is effective in resolving conflicts constructively. Conflict has a dual impact: it can drive innovation or reduce productivity if unmanaged. A systematic process-from problem identification to solution evaluation-is key to success. Bruce Tuckman's team development model (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, Adjourning) emphasizes conflict as a natural stage that strengthens teamwork. In conclusion, effective conflict management not only resolves problems, but also optimizes the potential of conflict as an opportunity for the development of educational institutions. Practical recommendations include conflict resolution training, collaborative approaches, and strengthening communication between parties for a harmonious and productive learning environment.

The term of Islam kaffah in the Qur'an is found in Surah Al-Baqarah [2]: 208. However, the term kaffah also appears in three other verses. Scholars differ in their opinions regarding the position of kaffah in that verse. Some refer to the word udkhulu and others to al-silm. Naturally, this leads to different interpretations and methods of implementation. This term is related to the issue of the caliphate, often advocated by radical groups in Indonesia. For example, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) defines it as the implementation of Islamic Sharia law and the caliphate system as the basis of the state. Therefore, this article has two objectives: to understand the correct interpretation of Islam kaffah in the Qur'an and to identify the deviations in understanding Islam kaffah in Indonesia. The method used in this research is critical analysis. The appropriate understanding of Islam kaffah is how a Muslim lives by following Sharia commands based on the Qur'an and Sunnah in totality, while respecting and not disturbing adherents of other religions. The research is titled “The Relationship Between Smartphone Addiction and Academic Procrastination Behavior Among Students.” The aim of this study is to assess whether there is a correlation between the level of smartphone addiction and academic procrastination behavior among students of the Guidance and Islamic Counseling Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational research type. The population of this research consists of all students from the 2022 cohort of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program, totaling 81 students; thus, the sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling (random sampling), amounting to 55 students. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire comprising 23 statements, with the decision-making basis being if rCount > rTable, then the statement is considered valid. The data analysis technique utilized the Pearson product-moment correlation test, with the decision rule being if the value of the Pearson product-moment correlation > rTable, then there is a relationship between the two variables. The findings of this research indicate that the Pearson correlation value (0.606) > rTable (0.266), with the interpretation value falling within the interval of 0.61 to 0.80. Based on the hypothesis testing results obtained by the researcher, it was found that there is a relationship between the level of smartphone addiction and academic procrastination behavior among students of the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Study Program at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. This is evidenced by the Pearson correlation value (r) of 0.606, indicating a "strong" relationship between the two variables, with the correlation being positive; in other words, as the level of smartphone addiction increases, the level of academic procrastination among students also increases.

This research originated from the phenomenon of community religious traditions in the West Sumatra region, precisely in Jorong Halalang. The local community named it Dikia Rabano. In this tradition there is a series of Al-Qur'an verses that are read before starting the recitation of sholawat to the prophet. The formulation of the problem is how is the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? and how is the public perception of the Qur'anic verses in the Dikia Rabano tradition? This research is a field research (Field research) whose data collection techniques the author uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources are traditional leaders, religious leaders, teachers and members of Dikia Rabano and the community in Jorong Halalang Nagari Kamang Mudiak. To analyze the data, the author uses data reduction steps, data analysis and finally conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the transformation of the recitation of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, that the practice of reading these verses has existed since the time of the Prophet which then continued in the generations after him. As for the public perception of the Qur'anic verses read in the Dikia Rabano tradition, including as protection to be given a smooth event, it is also understood as a means to ask for the blessing of reading shalawat to be conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad so as to get syafa'at from him in the afterlife, one form of khidmat to teachers and previous scholars by following their teachings, heart healers when read in tahlilan events and for expressions of gratitude when read in events related to thanksgiving and celebrations and as a form of worship to Allah SWT.

This study explores the musnad books in the Islamic hadith tradition, the methodology of compiling musnad books, the richness of Hadith and information from the companions contained therein, and their contribution to the historiography of hadith with a focus on the third century Hijri era. The focus of the research is on the differences between musnad books and other hadith books, the methodology of compiling musnad books in the third century Hijri and the contribution of musnad books in the third century Hijri to historiography. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to uncover the meaning and contribution of musnad books in the third century Hijri. The results of the study showed that the musnad books in the third century Hijri, with their compilation methodology that focuses on sanad and credibility of narration, have made significant contributions to the historiography of hadith, in the form of preservation and dissemination of hadith, reconstruction of the history of hadith narration, identification of narrators and hadith schools, and understanding the development of Islamic civilization in the early days. The phenomenon of slander that occurs among Muslims, the validity and existence of hadiths are tarnished is marked by the existence of Maudhu hadiths which are spread by irresponsible transmitters. To ensure the authenticity of the hadith, there is a need for a means of criticism of the matan and sanad, including the transmitter. So this research attempts to present the history of the development of hadith sanad criticism from the perspective of jarḥ and ta'dīl using a historical approach method. Therefore, this research is part of qualitative research. From this research, a result was obtained; Firstly, that the critical study of hadith has basically been practiced since the lifetime of the Prophet SAW, although aspects of the sanad or personal rāwi (jarḥ and ta'dīl) and this study continued to develop in subsequent periods. Second, in reality, currently the existence of false hadiths continues to spread and develop and even false hadiths appear that have not been studied and researched by previous scholars, so the need for jarḥ and ta'dīl studies to determine the authenticity of hadiths continues at all times and does not become stagnant with changing times.

The results highlight that promotion significantly improves educator motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment to professional growth, especially when based on clear performance metrics and transparent procedures. Demotion, when applied fairly and proportionately, functions as a corrective measure to uphold institutional accountability and teaching standards. Meanwhile, transfer policies contribute to organizational agility, equitable workforce distribution, and career development, particularly in addressing staffing imbalances across educational units. The study concludes that these policies are most effective when grounded in competency-based evaluations, supported by ongoing professional development, and implemented through transparent and communicative institutional practices. These strategies not only improve individual performance but also cultivate a dynamic, professional, and high-performing educational environment.

This research discusses human nature and disasters and the phenomenon of disasters. As the news of disasters that hit almost every region in the world, including Indonesia, was widely reported, and how these topics were discussed. The method in this research is library research, for which the author carries out the steps of identification, collection, processing and study of existing data related to the problem of the kauniyyyah verse, both in the form of primary data and secondary data accurately and factually. Meanwhile, the secondary data referred to is other literature in the form of books, research results and other articles which are of course related to the issue of the correlation between human nature and disasters in the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Al-Misbah. The study concludes that the Qur'an describes disasters using various terms, highlighting that these calamities are not solely decreed by Allah SWT but also linked to human behavior. The Qur'an identifies human actions such as environmental degradation, denial of faith, injustice, immorality, and hedonism as causes of disasters. While humans contribute to causing disasters, they also have the ability to prevent and respond to them through certain actions, introspection, and remembering Allah SWT. The Qur'an depicts different human reactions to disasters based on their character and emphasizes that despite the negative impacts, disasters offer lessons for future human behavior if approached with reason and clear thinking.

Problems of learning activities in educational institutions are influenced by several factors including the use of teaching materials, conventional learning methods, and low student interest in learning. The learning process that feels boring makes it difficult for students to receive the material presented, because the learning only focuses on information from one side (Teacher Center). In addition, the world of education today has the development of information and communication technology that has a very large influence, including on digital learning sources that are easy to access. Therefore, the learning system becomes easier with the existence of digital-based learning modules that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and become teaching materials in explaining learning materials. This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of believing in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV in elementary schools. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research and development with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research data sources consist of the results of observations and interviews and questionnaires with experts, principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers and students. Meanwhile, statistical data were obtained from the results of questionnaires from experts, practitioners and students analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of this study obtained a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of faith in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV with decent and very good results, based on suggestions/input and assessments from experts and practitioners. Thus, the flipbook-based PAI module can be used as teaching materials for teachers and students in the learning process at school.

Strengthening Madrasah Teachers' Competence in Enhancing Religious Moderation Understanding in West Nusa Tenggara

Understanding religious moderation is an important basis for instilling a sense of tolerance among Indonesian society, especially students. In this context, strengthening the understanding of religious moderation for madrasa teachers in NTB (West Nusa Tenggara) can be valuable additional knowledge in facing the contemporary era. The research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and through an interview process involving the Director of teachers and education staff, the Head of the MI/MTS GTK Development Sub-Team, madrasah principals and madrasah teachers in NTB. This research was carried out directly in the implementation of activities in NTB, precisely one of the programs organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The main aim of this research is to strengthen the understanding and motivation of madrasa teachers in implementing religious moderation in the school environment. The findings in this research show that there are many cases that occur among NTB students which become the main problem in religious moderation, especially in terms of maintaining the values of tolerance. The understanding obtained from this research becomes additional motivation for madrasa teachers in implementing religious moderation in the school environment. By increasing the understanding and strengthening the competency of madrasa teachers in religious moderation, it is hoped that they will be able to teach better values of tolerance to their students. This will have a positive impact in building a society that is more harmonious, respectful of each other, and has an inclusive attitude towards differences in religion and belief.

The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including economic and business activities. E-commerce as a modern internet-based buying and selling transaction model has become an unavoidable phenomenon. This study is a qualitative study with a literature study method and field study that explores the practice of e-commerce and dropshipping at MA Al-Muhajirin Purwakarta. In this method, students are guided to conduct simple research related to certain fiqh topics, collect data from various sources, and present findings in the form of papers, presentations, or posters. This method develops the skills of researching, processing information, and presenting ideas scientifically. From the perspective of muamalah fiqh, e-commerce transactions are a development of the concept of buying and selling (al-bai') which is prescribed in Islam. Buying and selling is defined as the exchange of property for property on the basis of mutual consent ('antaradhin), or transferring ownership of goods with compensation based on the method permitted by sharia. This study is expected to contribute to the enrichment of the treasury of contemporary muamalah fiqh as well as becoming a model for research-based learning innovation in madrasah aliyah.

The results showed (1) The implementation of the principal's clinical supervision begins with planning the clinical supervision programme and making a schedule for implementing clinical supervision. (2) The implementation of clinical supervision is carried out with the planning stage, the classroom observation stage, the meeting stage (discussion back). (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of clinical supervision: a) The desire to improve the teaching ability of teachers, b) Teachers and staff have expectations to become professional teachers in their fields. The inhibiting factors are: a) the agreed supervision schedule can change, b) teachers who will be supervised often feel tense, c) sometimes there are also technical obstacles such as the use of problematic teaching aids.

Improving the quality of education is a major focus in many countries, including Indonesia. One of the key elements in achieving this goal is through effective learning processes in schools. Among the various learning strategies available, the cooperative learning model has attracted the attention of many educators, especially at the junior high school level. This model emphasizes cooperation among students to achieve a common learning goal. This article aims to analyze the effect of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes of junior high school students. Literature review analysis by analyzing various relevant research sources, such as scientific journals, scientific articles, and research reports. The results of the analysis show that the cooperative learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of junior high school students. This is evidenced by several findings, namely: increased learning scores, increased learning motivation, increased cooperation skills, increased critical and creative thinking skills, increased self-confidence and independence, increased socialization and communication skills. Further analysis needs to be conducted to explore different types of cooperative learning models that are effective for different subjects and for diverse student groups.

The results of this research show that there are several things that are similarities and differences between the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum which is proof that the change in the curriculum from the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum is an effort to improve the education curriculum in Indonesia, namely by bringing the good things from the 2013 curriculum and throw away irrelevant things and replace them with better things in the independent curriculum.

Research with this title starts from the problem that the existence of marriage isbat is caused by unregistered marriages. At the Pangkalan Kerinci Religious Court, not all marriage isbat requests are granted by the judge, but there are marriage isbat requests that are rejected or not granted. The research problem is how the judge considers when deciding on marriage isbat cases in unregistered marriages at the Pangkalan Kerinci Religious Court based on Determination Number 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc and Determination Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. Pkc. And why do contradictions arise between the settlement of marriage isbats in unregistered marriages? To answer this problem, the author uses a normative juridical legal research method, with a case approach and data collection methods using documentation or literature studies. After the data is obtained, data analysis is carried out based on the main problem using descriptive analysis. The research results show that the reason the judge accepted the petition for case 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc regarding marriage isbat was because the marriage fulfilled the marriage requirements and did not conflict with Law No. 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Meanwhile, in case petition Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. The judge's reason for rejecting the application was based on Article 2 Paragraph (1) of Law No.1 of 1974, jo. Article 40 letter (b) Compilation of Islamic Law, so the marriage is considered invalid. This is a contradiction between case Number 44/Pdt.P/2023/PA.Pkc and case Number 117/Pdt.P/2021/PA. Pkc is because there are different legal interpretations or assessments of the evidence presented in the two cases. So there are different determinations, namely the marriage isbat in unregistered marriages which are granted and which are rejected.

Marriage is a fundamental social institution for humans, and almost all religious and cultural teachings regulate its implementation carefully. In Islam, marriage is not only seen from an essential perspective, namely to fulfill God's commands, but also from an ethical perspective, namely to respect and protect women's rights. One of the important elements in an Islamic wedding is the dowry, which serves as a sign of sincerity and respect for the bride. However, apart from religious teachings, cultural values and customs also play a significant role in people's lives. For example, in Padang Gelugur sub-district there is a "sinamot" tradition which is similar to the concept of dowry in Islam. This sinamot money is given before the wedding and is intended as a form of respect for the bride. Even though the purpose is similar to dowry, it is different from dowry. From the perspective of Islamic law, it is important to assess whether the sinamot money tradition is in line with the principles set out in Islam. Essentially, both dowry and sinamot money function to show seriousness and commitment to the marriage, as well as to respect and provide guarantees to the bride. In this research the author focuses on two things, namely how sinamot money is practiced and how sinamot money is reviewed in Islamic law. In the research the author used a qualitative method which helped the author analyze people's customary behavior, using a juridical sociological approach. In the research, the author found that the terms of sinamot money were determined by deliberation between the two parties, and in the analysis in Islamic law, it was in accordance with the theory, namely Maqasid Syari'ah.

This study aims to describe the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum. This type of research is a qualitative research with a library study method. Data sources in this study include primary data sources and secondary data sources from various reliable references such as scientific journals, books, and other sources that support the research. Data analysis in this study includes data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum can be done through co-curricular, intracurricular, and extracurricular activities. The implementation model of the integration of the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum is broadly divided into three, namely integration within one discipline or subject (within single disciplines), integration across several disciplines, and integration between and between (internal) learners (within and across learner). Factors that support and hinder the process of integrating the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile values into the Madrasah Aliyah curriculum are closely related to the understanding of educators, commitment and cooperation between the entire madrasah community, support for facilities and infrastructure, support and cooperation between educators and parents, and the diverse backgrounds of students.

This research aims to analyze the views of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) Ulama regarding religious and national moderation. In the context of a pluralistic Indonesia, religious moderation is expected to be a solution to overcome the problems of extremism and intolerance that often arise, while the concept of nationality plays an important role in maintaining harmony between religious communities. To achieve this aim, this research uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques and document analysis. Data was obtained from NU ulama who have experience and deep understanding of moderation and nationality issues, both in local and national contexts. The theory used in this research is the theory of religious pluralism, which emphasizes the importance of mutual respect, recognition of diversity, and interreligious dialogue in building social harmony. The research results show that NU ulama emphasize the need for balance between faith and nationality, as well as an active role in maintaining tolerance in society. They argue that religious moderation is not just an attitude, but must also be realized in real actions that can strengthen solidarity between religious communities. It is hoped that these findings can make a significant contribution to the development of religious moderation strategies in Indonesia, as well as become a reference for public policies that support harmonious national life. By understanding the perspective of NU ulama, it is hoped that better cooperation can be established between various elements of society in creating a tolerant and peaceful environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs (KMA) No. 450 in Indonesia, particularly in education and religious life. KMA No. 450 emphasizes the importance of applying the principles of moderation, such as balance, tolerance, justice, and respect for diversity, as an effort to foster harmony in a plural society. Religious moderation not only serves as a foundation in religious education curricula but also as a guideline in social interactions. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach by examining the document of KMA No. 450 and its supporting policies. The findings reveal that KMA No. 450 has a positive impact on shaping moderate attitudes among students and the community. The values of religious moderation taught through Islamic religious education help prevent intolerance and extremism while nurturing awareness of the importance of coexisting in diversity. However, its implementation faces challenges, such as resistance from certain groups and limited resources. The study recommends enhancing the dissemination of moderation values, providing training for educators, and developing curricula and teaching materials based on religious moderation. With proper implementation, KMA No. 450 has the potential to serve as a strategic guide in fostering peaceful and harmonious religious life in Indonesia.

This article discusses the role of dormitory administrators in bullying preventive action at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7, Kalianda - South Lampung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the Aligarh dormitory as a place for new santri to live. Dormitory administrators have a big challenge in preventing bullying because some students have a stubborn character and are difficult to accept direction. Efforts are needed to increase santri's understanding of the importance of respect and togetherness in order to create an inclusive dormitory environment. The research method involved interviews, observation, and documentation to collect data. The results showed that dormitory administrators at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 have a significant role in bullying preventive action. They act as instructors who provide an understanding of the dangers of bullying to new santri and as directors who supervise daily interactions in the dormitory. Through a personal approach, administrators can identify potential conflicts and deal with bullying before it develops. In addition, administrators also create programs that strengthen relationships between new students to prevent bullying. With a preventive and educative approach, the administrators hope to shape the character of students who are resilient, empathetic, and responsible, so as to create a harmonious dormitory environment free from bullying.

Implementing religious moderation in elementary schools plays a strategic role in shaping students' character from an early age to live harmoniously in diversity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study include teachers, students, the principal, and educational staff at SDN Karangasih 13. The results show that the implementation of religious moderation in the school is carried out through three main aspects: (1) Integration of religious moderation values into the curriculum, particularly in Religion and Pancasila Education subjects; (2) School activities that promote tolerance and inclusivity, such as joint celebrations of religious holidays; and (3) Instilling moderation values through school culture, such as mutual cooperation, respect for others, and dialogue among school members. However, challenges remain, such as differing understandings of religious moderation among parents and limitations in providing learning resources that support these efforts. In conclusion, the implementation of religious moderation at SDN Karangasih 13 has been well-executed through a holistic approach involving the curriculum, school culture, and extracurricular activities. Nevertheless, strengthening collaboration with external parties is needed to achieve more optimal outcomes.

Through this approach, values such as tolerance, respect for diversity, and appreciation of differences can be instilled in students from an early age. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, drawing from literature reviews and practical implementation in schools. The findings indicate that integrating religious moderation into the Independent Curriculum can serve as an effective strategy to develop students’ inclusive, balanced, and harmonious character in the context of diversity.

Religious Practice in the Digital Context: Addressing Radicalism on Social Media

This article examines how social media exacerbates religious radicalization and explores strategic measures to address it through a religious moderation approach. The phenomenon of religious radicalization on social media has become a complex and challenging global issue. Social media, as a digital interaction space, provides a significant opportunity for the spread of radical ideologies by leveraging platform algorithms to quickly reach a wider audience. The research adopts a qualitative approach based on literature studies, analyzing scholarly journals, reports, and related literature on digital radicalization. The findings reveal that radicalization on social media is often amplified by echo chambers, a lack of digital literacy, and algorithms that promote extreme content. The resulting impacts include social polarization, increased intolerance, and threats to societal diversity. However, the religious moderation approach offers an effective solution through the promotion of inclusive narratives, enhancement of digital literacy, and collaboration among various stakeholders, including governments, religious institutions, and technology platforms.
