Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of multicultural education management in the Nusantara Module course on the level of tolerance of students participating in the Independent Student Exchange (PMM) program throughout Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with ex post facto methods and purposive sampling techniques. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 47 student respondents who had participated in the PMM program from various island clusters. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 30 software, through descriptive tests, normality, linearity, and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the implementation of multicultural education management on the level of student tolerance, with an R Square value of 0.642. This means that the implementation of multicultural education management contributes 64.2% to increasing student tolerance. These findings show that multicultural education management plays an important role in forming tolerant attitudes, and can be an effective strategy in creating an inclusive, active, and collaborative learning climate.
