Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of non-human resource (non-HR) investment financing as a strategy to improve the quality of the educational institution at TKS Bustamudin in Galis, Pademawu, Pamekasan. The research focuses on three core questions: (1) how non-HR investment financing is managed; (2) what factors support or hinder its implementation; and (3) what the implications of this non-HR investment financing management are. A descriptive qualitative method using a case study approach was employed, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results indicate that, in the process of managing non-HR investment financing, the school allocates 25 percent of its revenue sourced from the government, the foundation, and the cooperative to non-HR expenditures. Key indicators of success for these financing activities include the presence of competent and capable personnel to manage the funds and the availability of adequate funding. Conversely, a hindering factor is the delay in budget disbursement. The implication of this management practice is the optimization of the learning process.
